Auction facts: each player can have 10 active listings, Buy It Now listings last 48 hours, and bid auctions last 2 hours. Open /ah to collect sold payments, expired items, won auctions or returned bids; collection is not automatic.

Protect your base with Lands

Claims are chunk-based areas of 16×16 blocks. Creating a land is free; chunk claims start at $10,000, increase by $1,000 per claim, and are paid from the land bank first, with your personal balance as fallback. Unclaiming refunds 50% of the claim price.

Keep the bank funded. Upkeep is 616 coins per claimed chunk, every 7 days. A land that cannot pay progressively loses its newest claims. Newly created lands have a 2-day upkeep grace period.

Command What it does
/lands create <name> Creates your land. Names are 5–24 characters and may contain spaces.
/land <name> claim Claims the current chunk, making it part of the land. The chunk must connect to existing claims of the land.
/unclaim Releases your current chunk.
/view Shows claim borders or the surrounding claim map.
/lands menu Opens the main GUI for roles, members, flags and settings.
/trust <player> / /untrust <player> Adds or removes a member. Fine-tune permissions through roles in the GUI.
/lands setspawn Sets the land spawn at your position.
/lands spawn [land] Teleports to an accessible land spawn.
/lands info [land] Shows information about a land.
/lands balance Checks the selected land's bank.
/lands deposit <amount> Adds money to the land bank for claims and upkeep.
/lands withdraw <amount> Withdraws money if your land role permits it.
/lands upkeep Shows the next upkeep cost and payment status.
/lands chat Toggles the private land-member chat.
/lands rename <name> Renames the land for 6.160; the cooldown is one day.
/lands delete <name> Permanently deletes the land and its protection—use carefully.

A player can own one land with up to 100 chunks and 20 trusted members by default. Every trusted member adds 5 potential chunks to the land limit. Protection roles decide who can build, open containers, use mechanisms, fight, teleport, and change settings.

Build a clan

Clans are social teams with shared progression and leaderboards; they do not replace land protection. Creating one costs 25.000 coins. A new clan starts with 5 member slots and gains one slot per level. Active members contribute playtime and clan XP automatically every 10 minutes.

Command What it does
/clan create <name> Creates a clan; names may contain spaces.
/clan invite <player> Invites an online player for 30 seconds.
/clan accept <clan> / /clan deny <clan> Answers an invitation.
/clan info [clan] Opens the clan profile and contribution view.
/clan top [level|xp|wealth|members] [page] Opens a clan leaderboard.
/clan leave Leaves your current clan.
/clan kick <player> Removes a member if you are the leader.
/clan transfer <player> Transfers clan leadership.
/clan disband Permanently disbands your clan.

Clan wealth is calculated from member balances, while levels come from clan XP.

Crates and Discord

Command What it does
/crates Opens the crate menu.
/keys Shows your virtual keys and crate-opening total.
/verify Creates a one-time token to link Minecraft with Discord. It expires after 10 minutes.
/unverify Removes your Discord account link.
/twitch Shows the subscription tier synced from your linked Discord account.

At the physical SMP crate, left-click to preview the reward pool and right-click with a key to open it. Both physical and virtual keys are supported.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are displayed at the server spawn; use /spawn to visit them. They cover a wide and continuously evolving variety of challenges, including player balances, lands ranked by number of claimed chunks, specific types of blocks gathered, and specific types of mobs defeated.

Update timing: Leaderboards refresh automatically, but new scores or position changes may take up to one minute to appear.

Worth knowing

Weekly challenges. A six-day challenge rotates between mob kills, item sales, sale earnings and PvP eliminations. The boss bar shows the active objective and countdown; progress and rankings update automatically, so there is no join command.

Smart Spawners. Purchased Smart Spawners generate drops and XP into internal storage instead of filling the area with mobs. Right-click one to open its GUI, sell stored drops, collect XP, or manage its stack. They activate within 16 blocks and run every 25 seconds. Place another matching spawner onto it to stack; use an iron, golden, diamond, or netherite pickaxe with Silk Touch I to collect a placed Smart Spawner. Sneak-breaking removes up to 64 from a stack. Natural dungeon spawners cannot be collected.

Live sidebar. Your rank, balance, current claim, and the online player count stay visible in the scoreboard, while the weekly challenge appears in the boss bar. Custom rank tags and collectible pickaxe variants are rendered by the same resource pack used for chat emotes and cosmetics.

Proximity voice chat. Simple Voice Chat is optional, supports groups, and has a 48-block normal range with a 24-block whisper range. Java players need the compatible client mod; playing without it is allowed.

Cross-play and protection. Java and Bedrock players share the same world and economy, with Bedrock-friendly menus where available. Build and container activity is logged, allowing staff to investigate griefing and restore damage when a valid report is made.
